Seminar about control of power energy consumption taking into account its quality

Leader specialists of Khartep company participated in the seminar on seminar about control of power energy consumption taking into account its quality.  On the seminar main questions were to define parameters of power energy quality and to create methods for determining of a deterioration of quality parameters. The seminar was held on  National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" basis.
